SAP Successfactors EC & Payroll at Asenium Consulting

For one of my customer we are looking for a SAP EC & Payroll consultant for a support project.

Location: Europe(100% remote)

Duration: 3+ months(renewable)

Description:

We are seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors technical consultants to support the development of custom interfaces between Employee Central and third-party systems, including Clocking, Payroll (SAP S/4HANA ADP), and Finance (Posting & Payments).

The role focuses on SCPI-based integration of EC Time data, including time capture from Clocking systems, Payroll processing via SAP S/4HANA ADP, and downstream Posting and Payment flows into SAP ERP Finance. Strong expertise in the EC Data Model and hands-on experience in interface design and build are essential. Immediate availability is required to meet October build and testing deadlines for a multi-country deployment.

We aim to achieve a successful integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time with global third-party systems for time, posting, and payment data.

• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on interface design and build using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI).
• Ensure robust and scalable integrations between EC Time and systems such as Clocking, SAP S/4HANA ADP Payroll, and SAP ERP Finance.
• Document all integration settings and configurations in detail, and support testing and validation to ensure readiness for deployment.
