One of the company’s strategic focus areas is CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) — the digital engine that enables accurate, efficient, and customer-friendly configuration and quotation processes across its global product portfolio.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CPQ Workstream Lead with a strong IT and process-oriented background to manage the CPQ team and drive the design, development, and implementation of configuration and pricing solutions for Cimbria’s Grain business. The position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital sales and configuration journey, integrating solutions across Logik AI, Salesforce, and SAP S/4HANA. You will lead a team of five specialists and take ownership of the end-to-end CPQ process — from product analysis and system setup to implementation, continuous improvement, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of CPQ processes and tools across EME Grain configuration.
• Design and develop Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) configurators using Logik AI, Salesforce, and SAP Lo-VC.
• Define and maintain configuration, pricing, and quoting rules in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
• Streamline and standardize CPQ-related workflows and data structures.
• Manage a team of five CPQ specialists, ensuring collaboration, development, and performance.
• Prepare and deliver training materials for internal and external users.
• Report on project progress, performance, and key results to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and/or SAP Lo-VC is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, HTML, or web-based tools is beneficial.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CPQ systems (Logik AI, Salesforce CPQ, SAP VC/S4HANA).
• Experience with ERP/CRM integration and master data management.
• Understanding of product configuration, pricing logic, and variant management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with testing, release management, and change processes in complex IT projects.
• Ability to automate and structure configuration and quoting processes through rule-based logic.

Preferred Skills

• Solid grasp of sales and quotation processes in a B2B manufacturing context.
• Skilled in mapping and optimizing processes (as-is/to-be).
• Awareness of how configuration decisions impact production and supply chain.
• Ability to identify digitalization opportunities and drive process simplification.
