  • Managedirectlysome of our importantGlobal Key Accounts, acting as a global ambassador for Kardex
  • Develop and execute strategies to unlock growth from our most strategic customers
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing, international team ofSegment Expertsto support business development in our organic markets

Profile:

  • Proven track record inBusiness Development & Global Key Account Management, ideally in B2B industrial sectors
  • Strong experience inbuilding high-performing teams and functionsacross multiple regions
  • Hands-onsales experience and drive, with ability tomanage Global Key Accountsdirectly
  • Exceptionalstrategic acumen, with the ability to translate vision into results
  • Skilled in performance management, change leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Excellent communicator in English and relationship-builder at senior levels
  • European basedwith flexibility forextensive international travel
