HiCareer is supporting aEuropean consulting company(600+ employees across Europe) in hiring aProgram Manager. The firm helps enterprise and mid-market clients execute digital and operational transformation projects — from process redesign to system rollouts.

This role is perfect for someone with a few years of consulting or project management experience who wants to take the next step into managing larger, more complex initiatives.

? What You’ll Work On

• Plan, track, and support multi-workstream projects across business and technology functions
• Coordinate distributed project teams and manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Structure reporting and ensure clear communication between internal and client stakeholders
• Support program governance, budgeting, and resource planning
• Contribute to frameworks and best practices for transformation delivery

? First 6 Months

• Take ownership of program coordination for 1–2 transformation initiatives
• Implement improved progress tracking and reporting structures
• Build relationships with client managers and internal delivery leads
• Support process improvements for smoother cross-team collaboration

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within consulting or transformation
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Confident working with structured methods (Agile, PMO, or similar)
• Excellent communicator in English; additional European language is a plus
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow into larger delivery ownership
