HiCareer is supporting aremote-first SaaS scaleup(50+ employees across Europe) in hiring anAccount Executive. The company builds a modern project management tool used by thousands of teams globally — from creative agencies and startups to enterprise departments.

As an Account Executive, you’ll help new customers discover how the platform can transform their workflows. This role combines consultative sales, storytelling, and a deep understanding of productivity tools. You’ll join a lean, ambitious sales team working closely with marketing and product to accelerate growth across Europe and North America.

? What You’ll Work On

• Own the full sales cycle: from discovery to demo, proposal, and close
• Lead tailored product demos that show how teams can collaborate more effectively
• Work with marketing to nurture leads and identify new target segments
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and happy long-term clients
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in HubSpot or Salesforce

? First 6 Months

• Become a product expert and close your first 10+ new accounts
• Help refine messaging and demo structure for different customer types
• Identify trends and share feedback that shapes product and pricing decisions
• Build lasting relationships with key accounts, focusing on expansion and advocacy

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally productivity, workflow, or collaboration tools)
• Strong consultative approach and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable running live demos and handling technical questions with confidence
• Experience working with SMB and mid-market clients across different regions
• Self-motivated, organised, and genuinely curious about how teams work
