HiCareer is supporting agrowing SaaS company(40+ employees across Europe) in hiring anAccount Executive. The company provides workflow automation software for enterprise and mid-market clients, helping them streamline complex internal processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated salesperson with some SaaS or B2B experience who wants to work more consultatively — owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

? What You’ll Work On

• Run discovery calls to understand client workflows and identify needs
• Deliver product demos tailored to enterprise use cases
• Collaborate with marketing on outreach and lead generation campaigns
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce and report on progress

? First 6 Months

• Close your first mid-market deals and support enterprise pilots
• Develop a repeatable playbook for your target verticals
• Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech solution sales
• Strong communicator with consultative selling skills
• Comfortable running demos and handling technical discussions with non-technical clients
• Fluent in English; another European language is an advantage
• Goal-driven, curious, and motivated to grow within a scaling SaaS business
