Our job opportunity Today, we are currently recruiting
a Maintenance Coordinator. Your responsibilities *Your daily tasks - Coordinating, organizing and monitoring the technical and administrative follow-up of service providers for maintenance operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and regulatory inspections
- Ensuring proper receipt of intervention reports and analyzing them in order to implementing corrective actions
- Managing / Leading small improvement projects related to maintenance, equipment renovation or building upgrades
- Developing and improving the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tool
- Ensuring continuity of the facility manager's actions in their absence
- Acting as a guarantor of compliance with deadlines, procedures and safety rules
*Your other missions - Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile Studies / training
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience

Experience
5 years of experience in a work coordination role or supervising maintenance teams across several Postes

Skills and knowledge required
*IT Tools Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
*Languages Mandatory:
- French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- German: independent level in a professional context (B2 minimum)
- English: operational / working proficiency in a professional context (B1 minimum)
