Avaloq Expert - Financial Consulting at Trustteam Luxembourg

We are seeking anAvaloq Business Expertwith a strong background inregulatory reportingandfinancial processesto support a critical IT migration project in the banking sector.

This role focuses onbusiness process expertiserather than technical configuration, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business units, finance teams, and IT during the Avaloq migration.
• Provide deep business expertise in Avaloq Core Banking areas related tofinance, accounting, and regulatory reporting(e.g., balance sheet, P&L, FINREP/COREP, payments, client data).
• Analyze business and regulatory requirements, translating them into Avaloq functionalities and business rules.
• Supportdata mapping, reconciliation, and validationof financial and regulatory data.
• Ensure alignment withlocal and international banking regulations, including accurate financial reporting post-migration.
• Conduct and coordinateUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)for finance and reporting processes.
• Identify and resolve business process gaps impacting financial integrity or compliance.
• Prepare and deliveruser training and documentationfor finance and regulatory teams.
• Supportgo-liveactivities, including issue tracking and resolution to ensure financial and reporting continuity.
• Collaborate closely withFinance, Risk, Compliance, and ITstakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process robustness.
