Accounting and Finance Associate - Global Investment Firm - Highly Competitive Base + Bonus at Mondrian Alpha

Mondrian Alpha are supporting a leading global investment firm in hiring an Accounting and Financial Associate to join their Luxembourg based team. The firm manages a diverse range of investment vehicles offering exposure to complex fund structures and multi-jurisdictional financial operations.

The role sits within a highly collaborative finance function responsible for financial regulatory reporting, accounting, treasury and tax compliance across several European entities. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues in Finance, Legal, Compliance and external service providers to ensure all operations are run efficiently.

Additional responsibilities includes support of financial and regulatory processes, preparation of statutory accounts, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, management of budgets, capital movements, and cash flow planning across various entities. This role also has scope to participate in various projects across the finance team and wider business, as well as assist in the integration of new platforms and systems within the business.

We are looking for individuals with 3-6 years' experience in accounting or within the finance function of an investment manager, hedge fund, or similar financial institution. The ideal candidate will come from financial services, hold a Bachelor's degree, and have excellent communication, analytical and numerical skills.
