Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and talented Art Director / Head of publishing to lead our creative team. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 creative professionals (graphic designers, motion designers, photographer) overseeing the creation of various visual assets such as videos, brochures, visuals, client proposals, and presentations. Your role will involve organizing briefings with internal clients, infusing creativity and rigor into all projects, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding work while adhering to our branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 graphic designers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster creativity and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines.
• Organize and conduct comprehensive briefings to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Bring creativity and innovation to all visual assets, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Implement rigorous review processes to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the creation of various materials including videos, brochures, visuals, client proposals, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the teams capabilities and output.
• Lead by example and produce flagship contents

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years minimum) working as an Art Director or in a similar leadership role within a creative agency or corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence, strategic thinking, and a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as French or German is a plus).
