The Société de lAéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : an Administrative Employee for Airport Circulation Permits.

The aim of this recruitment is to strengthen the existing team.

You will report to the Head of Security Development.

• Receiving and analyzing applications for airport circulation permits (TCA).
• Ensuring the recording of access authorizations issued by the Police (Background Validation).
• Being responsible for the complete logistical organization of SATP awareness courses.
• Creating and issue TCA and airside driving permits.
• Managing the stock of blank, issued, and deactivated cards and follow up on all files from issuance to retrieval of TCA.
• Participating in the onboarding of new employees.

Bac or relevant experience in a similar position

Experience:

Initial professional experience preferred

• French: fluent spoken and written
• English: operational level in the business

Nice-to-have:

• Luxembourgish / German: the knowledge of those languages would be an asset
