Immoneuf est une agence immobilière située au coeur de la ville de Luxembourg ouverte depuis 2003. Nous recherchons un agent immobilier.

Tâches principales:

- Visites de biens avec les clients

- Rédaction des contrats de location/vente

- Démarchage

- Mise en vente ou en location de nouveaux objets

Conditions:

- Baccalauréat en gestion dentreprise, industrie liée aux services, marketing

- Motivation (le plus important pour nous)

- Convivialité et bonnes capacités de communication

- Maîtrise du français et de langlais (le luxembourgeois est un plus)

- Bonne organisation et ponctualité

- Permis de conduire

Immoneuf is a real estate and property management agency located in the heart of Luxembourg city open since 2003. We are looking for a real estate agent.

Main tasks:

- Property visits with clients

- Making rental/ sale contracts

- Cold calling

- Getting new objects in for sale or rent

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in business management, service related industry, marketing

- Motivation (the most important for us)

- Friendliness and good communication skills

- Fluent knowledge of French and English (Luxembourgish is a plus)

- Good organisation and punctuality

- Driver license

Benefits:

- Basic salary + bonuses and commission (more details during the interview)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €1,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
