Brasserie beim Koeppe Jemp

**Recrutement : Second de Cuisine

**Missions principales :**

- Assister le Chef de Cuisine dans la gestion quotidienne de la cuisine

- Garantir la qualité et la présentation des plats

- Participer à la création et à lélaboration des menus

- Veiller au respect des normes dhygiène et de sécurité alimentaire

- Superviser les stocks et la gestion des approvisionnements

Faire les mises en place et assurer la réalisation de votre travail en toute autonomie

**Profil recherché :**

- Expérience confirmée en tant que Second de Cuisine ou Chef de Partie

- Respect des normes dhygiène et de sécurité

- Bonne gestion du stress et excellent sens de lorganisation

- Capable de diriger léquipe en labsence du chef.

**Nous offrons :**

Horaires : 5 jours de travail en coupure.

Jours de repos : 2 jours consécutifs.(lundi,mardi)

Mobilité : Véhicule personnel requis.

Possibilité de logement sur place

Type demploi : Temps plein

La rémunération est à discuter en fonction du profil.
