HiCareer is supporting aB2B SaaS company(120+ employees across Europe) in hiring anSEO & AI Content Strategist. The company builds productivity software used globally by tech teams and professionals — and organic growth is a core driver of their marketing.

This is an exciting role for a marketer who understands bothtraditional SEOand theworld of AI search. You’ll combine creative storytelling with analytics and experimentation to grow visibility and authority in multiple markets.

? What You’ll Work On

• Research keywords and shape content strategy for organic growth
• Optimise site architecture and on-page SEO for better visibility
• Test AI-assisted workflows for content ideation, clustering, and optimisation
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging, high-quality articles
• Track performance using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and SurferSEO

? First 6 Months

• Launch an updated SEO strategy focused on priority topics and markets
