Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as an MD / Physician – AI Medical Trainer, leveraging your wide-ranging clinical experience to train AI models that support patient care in primary and community health settings. This role is ideal for physicians with backgrounds inFamily Medicine, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or any other specialty (Oncology, Ob/Gyn, Neurology, among others)who want to apply their clinical expertise to the future of medical technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert annotation, labeling, and interpretation of diverse clinical cases spanning all age groups.
• Support AI development in areas such as preventive medicine, chronic condition management, acute care, and pediatric health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure AI reflects holistic, evidence-based patient care.
• Participate in designing test cases and evaluating AI system outputs for accuracy and safety.
• Help shape clinical guidelines integration into AI training datasets.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor with specialization in Family Medicine, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics,or any other specialty (Oncology, Ob/Gyn, Neurology, among others).
• At least 1 to 3 years of clinical practice in primary or community care.
• Ability to synthesize broad, multidisciplinary medical knowledge into structured outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for innovation, medical AI, and improving patient access through technology.
• Commitment to a minimum of ~15 hours per week and an average of 50 hours per month for AI training participation.
