Missions
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, reviews, retrospectives) and chapter collaboration
  • Analyze data and customer insights to identify and drive improvements in the customer journey
  • Optimize processes to enhance customer experience and maximize business value
  • Define and deliver customer journey strategy, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain a strong end-to-end understanding of products, services, and customer processes
  • Monitor and improve performance using KPIs (customer satisfaction, quality, cost, revenue)
  • Support resolution of customer incidents and complaints
  • Drive innovation by developing new methods, standards, products, and processes
  • Enhance and evolve distribution practices to meet and set market standards

Profile
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse priorities
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and expectations
  • Curious and proactive, continuously building expertise on products, processes, and market trends
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and make data-informed decisions
  • Deep understanding of customer, business, and banking processes
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to define and drive a long-term vision
  • Proactive and innovative, turning ideas into actionable improvements
  • Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
