In this role, you'll be the go-to person for IT support, helping colleagues resolve technical issues and keep things running smoothly. You'll troubleshoot problems, share practical solutions, and make sure everyone can work without disruption.

This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract.
About the job | Your responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient IT support to colleagues, both remotely and on site, helping to resolve everyday technical issues
  • Support user administration tasks, including onboarding and offboarding activities, and managing access rights
  • Monitor and update service tickets, ensuring clear documentation and timely follow-up throughout the lifecycle
  • Work closely with different IT teams to support initiatives outlined in the IT project roadmap and learn from experienced colleagues
  • Contribute to improving the way we work by suggesting ideas to make support processes simpler and more efficient
  • Actively contribute to Shift-Left initiatives by working closely with DevSecOps teams to move support activities earlier in the process and help improve project throughput and delivery efficiency

About you | Your background, skills and personality
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft environment (e.g. Windows 11, Active Directory, VDI, Azure, M365 tools such as Teams and SharePoint)
  • Initial understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and interest in ITIL practices,
  • Experience with managing end-user support (hardware, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (French, German or other languages) is a plus
  • Customer-focused with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Good interpersonal skills: Able to build positive relationships with colleagues from different backgrounds
  • Transparency and communication: Able to explain technical topics in a simple way
  • Self-motivation and drive: Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in new technologies
  • Collaboration and teamwork: Team player who enjoys collaborating in a supportive environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
