Chief Compliance Officer at Edward Mount

Edward Mount is partnering with anIn-House Management Companyin the search for aChief Compliance Officer.

You will have the responsibility formaintaining and monitoringthe compliance processes, as well as the ongoing compliance with local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assume theCompliance Officer and RC(“Responsable du Contrôle”)function of the Company and its Fund structures.
• Preparation of relevantreportinganddocumentationto the Supervisory Authorities.
• Supportmonitoringon delegated functions with a focus on compliance matters (i.e., distribution, transfer agency, investment managers).
• Support theManagement CommitteeandBoard of Directorson compliance-related matters.
• Support the implementation ofnew laws and regulations.
• Ensurecompliancewith policies and procedures.
• AsDepartment Head, manage a small team with one well-experienced professional.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience (10+ years) with a Luxembourg fund management company.
• Excellent knowledge of the fund business (UCITS/AIF/PERE).
• High level ofpersonal and soft skills, incl. team spirit and positive energy.
• Clear commitment to ahigh level of ethicsand professional standards.
• Very goodcommunication skills(written and spoken) in English.
