WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will act as the primary interface between customers and the Entreprise, coordinating with various departments. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for order management, customer communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
