Description

Rockids is recruiting a motivated and rigorous student to join our team as an administrative assistant in the finance department.


An ideal opportunity for a student looking to gain professional experience.


Your tasks :


Reviewing bank accounts and entering payments

Daily processing of invoices

Updating our database and customer files.

Preparing and sending business correspondence and emails

Assisting the finance team with various day-to-day tasks.


Profile required :


Student in training, or having completed studies within the last 4 months in a field related to the position (administration, management, finance, etc.)

Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proven organisational skills and thoroughness are necessary qualities for the position

Aptitude for administrative tasks

Autonomy, discretion and team spirit

Previous experience in administration or management would be considered an advantage.


Student contract : immediate start for 2 months.

Languages French Education Bac +2 Experience 0+ years
