For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.

Your role:

• coordinate support and project teams
• manage and follow up of Service Owners and user requests
• manage complex incidents
• maintain knowledge databases and documentation
• to design, develop and implement/deploy specific Windows Reference Configurations from the cloud, including but not restricted to: self-service, predefined, ad hoc, VDI, etc.
• management of IS Services related with Windows Reference Configuration (i.e. development, validation, automation and deployment, etc) hosted either in private or public clouds In addition, s/he will be expected to provide technological expertise, troubleshooting documentation and support when requested by the team and other stakeholders. Answers to such requests will be delivered in any appropriate format (documents, knowledge databases, analysis reports, presentations, workshops, ad hoc answers, etc.). S/he will also be expected to proactively investigate Windows operating systems issues and prevent security and privacy leaks in software packages in coordination with other stakeholders

• Definition of Windows OS requirements and configurations meant for a cloud-based approach
• Preparation of Windows OS deliverables, settings, documents, data bases in a cloud-based environment
• Management of Windows OS clients from the cloud using Microsoft 365 toolset.
• Development and maintenance of cloud-based, administrator scripts
• Coordination and review of documents, tasks, requirements
• Reporting of issues, debugging, meetings
• Assistance with any Windows OS - related topic
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers

Who we think you are:
