Job Description

Um unser Team der Zentralen Terminierung am Standort Kockelscheuer zu verstärken, suchen wir ab sofort eine/einen: Agent Customer Service [m/w/d] Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist für die Terminvergabe und die Vorbereitung für unsere Losch Werkstätten, vorrangig per Telefon, E-Mail und Online zuständig
• Du koordinierst Termine und trägst zu einer optimalen Steuerung der Werkstattauslastung bei
• Du bietest unseren Kunden Hilfestellung und unterstütz sie mit Deiner Beratung
• Du sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation zwischen Kunde und Autohaus
• Du pflegst die Kunden- & Fahrzeugdaten in das EDV-System ein
• Du versendest Terminerinnerungen per E-Mail und SMS

Dein Profil

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
• Technisches Verständnis ist von Vorteil - kann jedoch erlernt werden
• Du hast eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Automobile und das große Thema Mobilität heute und morgen
• Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und Teamplayer
• Du hast eine eigenständige, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Du besitzt einen klaren Kundenfokus und eine überdurchschnittliche Dienstleistungsmentalität
• Du pflegst einen professionellen Umgang am Telefon, mit E-Mail und div. anderen Medien
• Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der französischen und deutschen Sprache, sowie gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache, Luxemburgisch ist von Vorteil

*** Afin de renforcer notre équipe de Service Centrale prise de rendez-vous à Kockelscheuer, nous recherchons pour entrée immédiate ou à convenir un/ une: Agent Customer Service [m/f/d] Tes tâches

• Tu fixes de rendez-vous pour les garages Losch, surtout par téléphone, mail et en ligne
• Tu prépares du rendez-vous
• Tu assistes et conseils notre clientèle
• Tu assures une communication transparente entre le client et le garage
• Tu saisis des données clients et véhicules dans les systèmes informatiques
• Tu assures une bonne coordination de rendez-vous et une exploitation optimale des ateliers
• Tu envoies des rappels de rendez-vous par SMS et mail

Ton profil

• Tu as une Formation DAP/CATP dans le domaine de ladministration ou dans le domaine de lautomobile
• Des compréhensions techniques sont considérées comme un avantage, mais peuvent tout aussi bien être appris
• Tu as une forte passion pour lindustrie automobile et le grand sujet de la mobilité daujourdhui et de demain
• Tu as un fort esprit déquipe et sens de communication
• Tu travailles de manière autonome, organisée et orientée aux besoins du client
• Tu es à lécoute du client et disposes dun sens client aigue
• Tu sais communiquer via téléphone, par mail et dautres outils de communication
• Tu maitrises parfaitement le français et lallemand et tu as de bonnes connaissances en anglais, la maîtrise du luxembourgeois est considérée comme un atout
