Wir suchen für die Congrégation des Soeurs Carmelites Tertiaires schnellstmöglich eine Verstärkung für unser Team.

Stellenbeschreibung:

• Sie sind Teil unseres administrativen Teams, übernehmen alle Arten von Sekretariatstätigkeiten und bearbeiten Geschäftsvorfälle von der Bestellung über den Empfang, die Kontrolle bis zur Bearbeitung der Rechnung.
• Sie empfangen und beantworten Telefonanrufe und Mailanfragen.
• Sie kümmern sich um die Spendenverwaltung der Fondation Ste Zithe.
• Sie pflegen EXCEL-Listen und überwachen die Archivierung und Einhaltung der Datenschutzverordnung

Sie bringen mit:

• Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Stellung
• Teamgeist, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Verschwiegenheit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, soziales Engagement
• fließend in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch und Luxemburgisch sind sehr willkommen
• exzellente Kenntnisse aller MS Office Produkte
• Grundkenntnisse in Buchhaltung, Kenntnisse in BOB von Vorteil
• Vorkenntnisse in redaktioneller Tätigkeit, Verfassen von Briefen, Mailen und Texten

Wir bieten einen unbefristeten Vollzeitvertrag unter dem SAS-Kollektivvertrag.
