As a Senior E-Front Developer / Business Expert, you will take on a multifaceted role where youll combine your technical development skills with your ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and client needs. In this leadership position, youll be expected to guide a team of developers while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of E-Front solutions, providing technical expertise and ensuring solutions are scalable and efficient.
• Manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather and understand their requirements, ensuring E-Front solutions meet their needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the business teams and development teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.
• Drive the continuous improvement of technical processes and platform capabilities, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
• Oversee the integration of E-Front solutions with other business systems, managing any technical dependencies.
