• Act as the primary point of contact for key account managers and key accounts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across multiple territories.
• Serve as a liaison between key accounts, suppliers, and production locations, maintaining alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Lead and manage end-to-end project activities related to injection molding programs, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Collaborate with Project Engineering, Application Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure optimal project performance and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottle necks, and providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Optimizing costs and pricing at program level without compromising quality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the key account sales team, assisting in proposal development and new business opportunities.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to innovate and improve product offerings and service delivery to meet key account customer demands.

• Engineering degree in manufacturing, mechanics, plastics, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across territories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with OEMs and cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel as needed to support projects and key account relationships across territories.
