What will you do?

At Advisory Key, your success is our success. We offer you the opportunity to build and manage your own business unit within our company. As a Business Manager, you will take on a high-impact role with full responsibility for:

• Identifying, prospecting, and developing new client relationships.

• Managing and growing key accounts by understanding their needs and delivering solutions.

• Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients.

• Responding to RFPs and RFQs to win new business opportunities.

• Recruiting top consultants aligned with our client needs.

• Managing and coaching your consultant team, ensuring their professional growth and success.

• Acting as their key point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Your profile

• Business or Finance degree (or equivalent experience).

• A first experience in a fast-paced B2B sales, recruitment, or consulting environment.

• Fluency in French and English.

• A strong ability to negotiate, sell, and inspire confidence in clients and candidates alike.

• A passion for the financial sector and consulting industry is a big plus!
