As member of the Operations Application Management Team, youll have to manage the Documentum infrastructure.

Responsabilities:

• You ensure the level 2/3 support with your ability to analyse complex incidents and problems.
• You ensure a technological watch. Your collaboration skills allow you to manage and administer the farms and the different applications around it (Antivirus, backups…) with the help of other teams.
• You write documentations and procedures and you share your knowledge to level 1 support (Service Desk)

Technical skills:

Mandatory

• Nginx
• Basic skills in RHEL
• SSL certificate management (request creation, installation)

Optional

• Documentum
• Apache Tomcat
• Scripting
• Ansible
• AdLib
• Jahia
• SAP Business Object platform and products, SAP Lumira

Profile :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset.
