En tant que Legal Operations Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans loptimisation de notre fonction juridique. Votre objectif : structurer, digitaliser et améliorer la performance du département en mettant en place des processus efficaces et en pilotant les outils adaptés (legal tech, gestion documentaire, automatisation des workflows, etc.).

Vous serez le bras droit du comité juridique et travaillerez en transversalité avec différentes équipes pour garantir un fonctionnement optimal.

• Optimisation et digitalisation : amélioration des workflows, implémentation doutils legal tech et conduite du changement.

• Pilotage de la performance : suivi budgétaire, mise en place dindicateurs clés et reporting stratégique.

• Gestion des connaissances : structuration des bases de données, développement doutils de libre-service et organisation de formations.

• Support aux équipes : appui sur lorganisation et la gestion des talents du service juridique.

• Gestion des prestataires : sélection, négociation et suivi des performances des cabinets et fournisseurs de services juridiques.

• Formation : Master 2 en Droit.

• Expérience : 2 à 3 ans en entreprise avec une bonne maîtrise des enjeux juridiques et organisationnels.

• Compétences clés :

  • Connaissance des outils legal tech et de gestion de projet.

  • Capacité à structurer, simplifier et optimiser les processus.

  • Aisance en gestion budgétaire et analyse de données.

  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et pédagogiques.
