Fondée en 2015, Property Invest est une agence immobilière dynamique, qui est spécialisée dans le marché résidentiel au Luxembourg. Notre société est en pleine expansion et nous sommes actuellement à la recherche dun agent immobilier / une agent immobilière indépendant(e) en vente de biens résidentiels pour rejoindre notre équipe dans notre agence au Boulevard Royal à Luxembourg Ville.

Profil recherché :

• Qualités : Enthoste, curieux(se), entreprenant(e), déterminé(e), doté(e) dexcellentes compétences en communication, capable de gérer votre temps.
• Capacités : Excellente écoute et aptitude à convaincre.
• Expérience : Au moins une expérience commerciale dun an
• Langues : Maîtrise du français et de langlais (écrit, lu, parlé) + posséder un permis de conduire.

Mission principale :

• Développer votre notorité et celle de Property Invest.
• Constituer et développer votre portefeuille de biens à vendre.
• Prendre en charge lintégralité du processus de vente : suivi du portefeuille clients, évaluation, création dannonces, visites, négociations et finalisation des ventes.
• Accompagner vos clients acquéreurs et vendeurs dans la réalisation de leurs projets.
• Établir des relations basées sur la confiance et lexcellence avec les vendeurs et les acheteurs.
• Travailler sur le terrain, en agence et depuis votre domicile.
