Mission description - intervention scope
  • Be one of the main intermediaries between IT teams on the one hand, and Client Delivery (Operations/ Project teams) and Client Lines (Product, Rm) on the other hand.
  • Provide solution expertise for the benefit of starting or existing projects and enhancements.
  • Understands and analyzes the needs of the Business line, proposes and supervises the implementation of optimal solutions meeting the business requirements as well as the project and quality imperatives.
  • Interact with the clients to have a full grasp of the Business line's needs.
  • Collaborates with a host of other IT teams and specialists including Enterprise Architects, IT Business Analysts, Project Managers, Support teams, etc.
  • Software: Pack Microsoft Office, Mfga...
  • Languages : French. English mandatory

Technical description of the mission's environment
Results expected / deliverables:
  • Conduct feasibility studies for the project, in conjunction with the Business line
  • Guide the project implementation of new FA or Mo business (new customer / new services of existing clients / new Lieus) or new FA or Mo products
  • Analyze with a critical and constructive point of view the requirements formulated by the Business line
  • Act as the functional expert for existing or new complex requirements (products, regulatory, reporting...) in a multi-geographical environment
  • Act as the solution expert for existing or new solutions within a context of a unique platform and multi-jurisdictions usage, from the initiation phase to the rollout in production
  • Build and maintain the functional architecture of the Business line
  • Participate in strategic and/or clients driven projects
  • Share knowledge about his/her area of expertise within the team
  • Apply the standards of the entity regarding the life cycle of the project

Prerequisites / agreed essential elements
As part of the mission, the non-exhaustive list of skill prerequisites is as follows:
  • Technical skill:
    • Excellent knowledge of the Fund Administration or Poste Keeping activities (Operations & IT), in several areas (Transactions, OTC, Corporate Actions, Accounting...)
    • Excellent knowledge of MultiFonds Global Accounting (Super user Mfga/Wem) & Satellites
    • Excellent knowledge of project management methodology
    • Excellent knowledge of process analysis and design
  • Soft skill:
    • Customer centric mind-set
    • Strong attention to details
    • Proactive and pragmatic approach with a strong ability to work on own initiative
    • Ownership of work and commitment to delivery
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to operate with Senior Management
    • Team oriented
