Your responsabilities 
  • Administration and maintain Unix/Linux servers in production, test, and development environments.
  • Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Unix operating systems.
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability.
  • Perform system hardening according to security standards.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Implement automation using shell scripting and configuration management tools.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
  • Investigate incidents and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in on-call support and infrastructure maintenance activities.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams on infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in French and good level in English. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration.
  • Required technical skills : Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu Server, Bash, Shell, Python, Ansible, VMware, SAN Storage, Backup solutions, DNS, DHCP, Nagios, Centreon, Zabbix.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
  • Experience with automation and infrastructure scripting.
  • Experience working within ITIL environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
