Overview We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Administrator to manage, support, and optimize IT systems across Linux and Windows environments. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, and security while providing technical support to users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers
  • Monitor and ensure availability, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure (IT Operator | Word)
  • Provide L21L2 support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical issues efficiently (Administra...ing Infra | PDF)
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and Active Directory environments (IT Operator | Word)
  • Administer and support virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) (Administra...ing Infra | PDF)
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure security compliance (Note Emplois | OneNote)
  • Monitor systems using tools such as Nagios, Grafana, or similar (Administra...ing Infra | PDF)
  • Handle incident management, problem resolution, and change requests (ITIL processes) (Administra...ing Infra | PDF)
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures (IT Operator | Word)

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as System / Infrastructure Administrator
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu)
    • Windows Server environments
  • Knowledge of:
    • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
    • Active Directory, GPO
    • Monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana)
  • Experience in network basics (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and storage systems (SAN/NAS) (IT Operator | Word)
  • Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell) are a plus (Administra...ing Infra | PDF)
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
