This role focuses on the operational support and administration of enterprise systems and applications. Responsibilities include managing external user access through dedicated tools, maintaining DNS aliases via EfficientIP, and performing level-1 to 1.5 incident analysis and troubleshooting. The Poste involves monitoring services and applications using Elastic/Kibana and Nimsoft, overseeing Red Hat server health, and handling file or machine restorations.    Organisational skills - Customer-focused telephone communication. - Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures. - Solid understanding of ITIL fundamentals and SLA management. - Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach. - Effective planning and organisational abilities. - Proven capacity to work efficiently within a team environment. - Consistent delivery of results and alignment with customer expectations. - Ability to meet personal goals and performance objectives. - Confident application of technical expertise and technology in daily tasks.    Technical skills Mandatory: · Linux administration (RedHat). · NetBackup administration. · Experience with application servers (Tomcat, Spring Boot, etc.).    Desired: · Scripting skills: Bash/Shell, Python, Perl. · Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.). · Familiarity with Jahia.    Why Cronos Group?We'll propose you:
