Our job opportunity Today, we are currently recruiting
a Talent Partner. Your responsabilities - Manage the entire recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers and the Talent Sourcing Officer, from analysing staffing requirements-including job descriptions and job classification-to onboarding new employees.
- Conduct recruitment interviews in accordance with the lux-Airport methodology, advise managers throughout the decision-making process and ensure that recruitment decisions are objective, fair and aligned with the Entreprise's strategic needs.
- Prepare salary proposals in collaboration with the Human Resources department and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the Entreprise at recruitment forums and job fairs, and develop relationships with schools and universities to strengthen the employer brand and anticipate future talent needs.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees, monitor probationary periods and support managers in developing their teams.
- Identify talented employees and high-potential individuals, support their development, encourage internal mobility and contribute to the implementation of succession plans.
- Implement and monitor Talent Development campaigns in coordination with managers, the Head of Human Resources and the Talent Sourcing Officer.
- Monitor absenteeism and handle employees' Premier-level concerns, ensuring that situations are resolved promptly and that a positive working environment is maintained within the teams.
- Identify critical skills, map and periodically update the skills within the assigned scope, and help anticipate future workforce and skills requirements.
- Contribute to defining, implementing and continuously improving policies, processes, tools and frameworks related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, ensure a smooth process, compliance with deadlines and high-quality communication with candidates, managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor recruitment, onboarding, talent development and internal mobility indicators, produce the necessary reports and propose action plans to improve the performance of HR processes.
- Support and advise managers on best practices in recruitment, onboarding, talent development and skills management.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects aimed at strengthening the Entreprise's attractiveness, enhancing the candidate and employee experience, and improving the effectiveness of HR processes..
*Your other missions - Contribute to waste sorting and energy-saving initiatives by adopting responsible behaviour.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Safety and Security culture by reporting any hazardous situation, event or incident, in order to prevent its occurrence and/or recurrence, in accordance with the principles of Just Culture.
Required profile Education and qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Professional experience
- Two to five years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or operational HR support.
- Experience in an international and operational environment would be considered an asset.

Required skills and knowledge
*IT Mandatory :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with recruitment tools, including Skeeled and assessment tools.
*Languages Mandatory :
- French: fluent, both spoken and written-minimum C1 level.
- English: fluent, both spoken and written-minimum C1 level.
* Job-specific expertise and interpersonal skills- Good command of interview and recruitment techniques, particularly the STAR method.
- Ability to support managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of office and HR software.
- Ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously.
