Your responsabilities 
  • Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals
  • Manage IMAC requests including workstation moves, hardware replacements, and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support workplace technologies including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printers, and mobile devices
  • Perform asset management, stock control, and inventory updates
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and operational procedures
  • Escalate complex incidents when necessary and follow up until resolution
 
Your profile 
  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in French and good level en English.
  • 1 year of experience in IT support, desktop support, or IMAC services
  • Good knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and workstation deployment
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL practices is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
