Compliance Administrator | Fixed-term 6 months | near Belgium

A well-established asset manager, located close to the Belgian border, is currently looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their dynamic team. This position is part-time for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Compliance Administrator - Your Role :

As Compliance Administrator, the successful candidate will work closely with the compliance team, reporting directly to the Compliance Officer and senior members of the team. Responsibilities will include assisting the compliance team in all tasks aimed at keeping policies and procedures up to date, particularly in relation to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CTF). The candidate will also be responsible for drafting internal and external reports and updating information on conflicts of interest, complaints and breaches.

Compliance Administrator - Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Bachelors degree in law or equivalent.
• Knowledge of investment funds.
• Ability to identify compliance risks and conduct in-depth research.
