Procurement Analyst EMEA

As a European Procurement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining procurement processes, enhancing efficiency, and promoting excellence within the procurement function.

The position is based in Luxembourg and will require some small degree of travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to improve procurement workflows
• Develop and implement strategies to elevate procurement practices
• Foster a culture of excellence by providing training, guidance, and support to procurement teams
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, areas for optimization, and cost-saving opportunities
• Manage procurement systems and tools, ensuring they support efficient operations.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration mindset
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and databases
• Certification of CPSM, CPM, PMP, MCIPS, CPIM, APICS, C.P.M, DOT, ISM, CIRM are a strong plus
• Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
