What you will do:

Reporting to the Desk Head EU International, and a s a member of a highly qualified, diverse and international team, you will work closely with other CSE’s – and our relationship managers in the Europe International area to deliver excellent client service for clients the Bank has decided to exit.

You will be responsible for receiving, verifying and executing client transactions and up of credit files and margin calls.

Your role will be focused on building the effective relationships with colleagues within the Group and delivering excellent service to above mentioned category of clients still booked in Luxembourg.


You should apply if you have:

  • Relevant professional experience, e.g. a Front Office role is a pre.
  • Strong customer (internal and external) service orientation and outstanding communication skills
  • Good understanding of financial markets and good knowledge of investment products and other financial instruments, e.g. FX
  • Good knowledge of securities and transfers operations,
  • Avaloq experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in English. French and any other language is an advantage.
