Power Platform Specialist Consultant

infeurope is looking for a Power Platform Specialist with minimum 11 years of experience.

The position will be proposed part time & has to be performed onsite.

The contract starts on 10/06/2024 and last until 31/12/2024.

TASKS

Tasks and Activities for Power Platform Governance Setup:

• Establish a governance framework for Power Platform installation in alignment with the client’s and governance standards.
• Define and implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies and permissions for Power Platform usage.
• Ensure compliance with the client’s security and governance standards throughout the Power Platform installation process.
• Conduct thorough review and assessment of Power Platform components to address security and compliance requirements.
• Develop and document comprehensive guidelines for Power Platform usage, including permissions, access controls, and data protection measures.
• Provide training and support for employees to ensure effective and compliant use of Power Platform.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate Power Platform usage to identify and address any security or compliance issues.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment of Power Platform governance setup with organizational objectives and requirements.
• Understanding of governance frameworks and best practices: demonstrating knowledge of established governance frameworks and standards and how they apply to Power Platform installations.
• Expertise in data loss prevention (DLP) strategies: understanding DLP concepts and techniques, including data classification, encryption, and access controls, and how to apply them effectively within the Power Platform environment.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards: knowledge of relevant security and compliance standards, regulations, and industry best practices, and how to ensure adherence throughout the Power Platform installation process.
• Technical proficiency in Power Platform components: ability to conduct thorough reviews and assessments of Power Platform components, to identify security and compliance requirements and assess their implementation.
• Documentation and guideline development skills: capability to develop comprehensive guidelines and documentation for Power Platform usage, including permissions, access controls, and data protection measures, in alignment with organizational policies and standards.
• Training and support expertise: experience in providing training and support to users on Power Platform usage, including guidance on security best practices and compliance requirements, to ensure effective and compliant utilization within the organization.
• Monitoring and evaluation capabilities: ability to continuously monitor and evaluate Power Platform usage, identify security or compliance issues, and implement corrective actions to address them effectively.
• Stakeholder collaboration skills: proficiency in collaborating with relevant stakeholders, such as IT teams and Business users, to ensure alignment of Power Platform governance setup with organizational objectives and requirements.
