Project Manager Consultant

infeurope is looking for a Project Manager Consultant with at least 3 years of experience.

Start Date on 12/07/2024 (“Start Date”) and last until 31/12/2024.

90 man-days contract. Full time.

Onsite position in Luxembourg.

TASKS

VC CONSOLIDATION

• Participate in consolidation of WP VC deliver model: support VC in implementation of strategic pillars (digital ambition, governance, operating model, portfolio & monitoring, change management).

• Strengthen interactions with DTO assets, IT Platforms and other Value Chains.

BACKLOG

• Guide WP VC in refining and prioritising its pipeline.

• Foster and facilitate innovation by inspiring through market cases and proofs of concept.

VC END-TO-END PROCESSES

• Help VC detect critical end-to-end processes.

• Support VC in roll-out of performance and process monitoring.

COMMUNICATION, BEHAVIOUR

• Provide support on communication around WP VC and its achievements, at Programme level as well as to Senior Management

• Promote Lean and Agile mind-set.

• Help VC members to adopt new ways of working created by new delivery model (i.e.VC model)

The overall objective of this workstream is to allow the client to have an operational WP VC defined by the following:

• Established governance, actively meeting on a regular basis,
• Delivery model is adopted with clear roles and ownership across all topics: domains, products, platforms,
• Delivery teams are organised following the new delivery model, VC backlog is prioritised in line with the digital storylines and the initiatives planning process is in place,
• Overall expected benefits from the WP VC are defined and a process for following up on them is in place,
• The WP VC has an action plan with the key points remaining to be covered to increase the maturity of its delivery model towards the target defined in the Digital Transformation Programme.
