Team Leader - Digital Factory - Fund Industry and Banking Solutions

As a part of the Deloitte Digital Factory specializing in Fund Industry and Banking Solutions, you will take charge of a team of Software professionals including business analysts, quality assurance and developers. Your leadership and technical skills will be central to our progress and guarantee best in class time to market. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and overseeing software programs. We are looking for a seasoned leader with an extensive background in varied technologies, including Full Stack JavaScript, alongside knowledge of C#, .Net, SQL, Web applications in general and deployment on Azure Cloud.

• Manage requests, prioritize and maintain structured and frequent communication with sponsors and stakeholders
• Oversee the design and development of high-quality software using state of the art technologies
• Promote best practices for the software development lifecycle including reuse, modularity, agility, secure coding, obsolescence avoidance…
• Support the Digital Factory team in Developing technical specifications and application architecture for banking and fund industry solutions.
• Plan and organize deployment and support including client support
• Manage suppliers relationships and support the procurement team during negotiations
• Provide environments and technical support for client proof of concepts and demos
• Direct team efforts towards software compatibility within internal systems.
• Develop comprehensive documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Lead and inspire a team of digital solutions professionals, fostering a collaborative, reactive and innovative environment.

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field
• Proven experience as a Team Leader, with significant expertise in front-end and back-end applications.
• Proven track record in the Fund industry
• Experience with Cloud platforms, ideally the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform.
• Deep understanding of technology solutions and architecture
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, capable of effectively communicating and articulating ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
