HR Transformation - Learning Solutions Intern (m/f/d)

Deloittes Human Capital provides consulting services to optimize our clients effectiveness in areas such as Learning & Development (via the Dlearn team), HR technology implementation, Talent management and Change management.

• Creating e-learning content via innovative creation tools
• Supporting clients in their learning strategies

You will support our DLearn team by:

• Managing clients e-learning campaigns from start to completion by setting-up the training courses and track the performance via regular reporting.
• Supporting clients on the development of their training plan based on their needs and specificities
• Following the client relationship from the first touchpoint to the preparation of the training offering
• Working with Deloitte experts to develop e-learning contents and propose creative solutions
• Working with innovative learning solutions and enhance your technical and creative skills
• Participating in client/internal) meetings and be part of additional initiatives within the team.

• Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, etc. Having a specialisation or a strong appetite for learning would be considered as an asset
• Creative, autonomous, pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset
• At ease with the Office package
• Familiar with basic legal terminology is also considered as an asset
• Fluent in French with a strong command of English
