About the Role:

Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a motivated eCommerce Content Management Intern to support the Digital Shelf Lead Manager.

In this role, youll be instrumental in maintaining our eCommerce assets production schedule and alignment with brand owners. Youll help shape the online shopping experience for our esteemed brands, identify and fill content gaps, streamline processes, and leverage tools for assets testing, as well as our PIM/DAM systems and digital shelf tools.

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this role, you will manage the schedule of content production across all Global Ferrero Brands.

You will assist with gathering assets (logos, lifestyle images, fonts, packshots) and work closely with the Brand Teams to prepare for briefings to kick start content production with the agency.

Moreover, you will report on project progress to managers with suggestions for improvements and you will create monthly newsletters for markets with project updates.

Lastly, you will update guidebooks with best practice examples that will be cascaded to the Regions.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring knowledge from a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related.

You will succeed in this role thanks to your strong communication and presentation skills, combined with your passion for eCommerce/marketing and the drive to develop your skills.

Lastly, your ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail will prove valuable.
