The Custody Support & Transfer Agent account documentation is responsible for managing Quintets sub-custodians and cash correspondents accounts opening over 70 markets as well as managing Transfer Agent accounts certification requests, in line with Luxembourg regulations.

• Coordinate and govern the set-up of new custody and cash accounts in Quintet internal systems and on the market;
• Work closely with clients, Business Development and Client Managers on the set-up of accounts with local agents (Omnibus, Segragated);
• Support involving account opening and closing, market documentation, and maintaining and updating standard Operating procedures and strong oversight over regulatory requirements to ensure compliance;
• Handle AML/KYC Transfer Agents documentation requests ;
• Support and coordinate ad hoc projects and other associated account opening functions as required;
• Work in partnership with Compliance, Legal and Corporate Center to ensure completeness of documentation ;
• Ensure sensitive matters are escalated appropriately;
• Maintain dashboards to ensure timely account opening;

• Prior experience in Global Custody account maintenance, including detailed knowledge of account structures, market and/or tax documentation requirements for international
• Good knowledge, experience of key AML, KYC principles, practices and regulatory framework,
• Understanding of Luxembourg’s Fund industry and role of Transfer Agent
