IT Solutions Manager

Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our IT Infrastructure Department, ensuring the definition, implementation, development of the IT technical infrastructure.

• Lead the planning and execution of the organizations IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of hardware, networks, and telecommunications systems.
• Collaborate with and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT Infrastructure strategies with business objectives and support overall organizational goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for adoption to enhance IT infrastructure capabilities.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid project management skills, ensuring timely and successful completion of IT projects.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and emerging technologies.
• Very good English and German skills. French skills would be highly desirable.
