Location: Luxembourg

An International financial organisation is looking for a Japanese speaking Client Relationship Officer in Luxembourg. Japanese language skills with mother tongue level is essential with valid work visa in Luxembourg.

Visa support can be considered for only candidates with Custody related experience in financial institution.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent client-care and relationship with clients
• Answer to all requests from the clients liaising with operation group
• Prepare several reports to the clients
• Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner
• Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists
• Possess solid understanding of the clients culture
• For national holidays, it is necessary to work in turn within the group

Requirements:

• Native level of written and spoken skill in Japanese and fluency in English
• Banking knowledge, and/or Custody business, Securities brokerage knowledge
• Familiar skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

• Bachelor in Economics, or equivalent experience
• Capability to handle diverse range of complex tasks based on analytical and problem-solving mind
• Ability of in-depth analysis and search for continued improvement requiring the evaluation of unusual problems, with constant focus on quality, efficiency and client service
• Capability to participate in the decision-making process (recommendations are expected)
• Capability to interact with numerous departments on complex and/or unusual subjects, supported by excellent communication skills
• Ability of negotiation
• Deep knowledge of internal/external clients and/or development of networking
• Capability to coordinate various resources for mid-term complex projects and tasks
• Constant mind of team player with high level of flexibility
