Job description

Join us as a Branch Development Analyst

• Hone your project skills and advance your career in this exciting, fast paced role
• You’ll drive the planning and execution of projects and participate in bank-wide initiatives
• You’ll directly support colleagues and their work leading the branch and wider business

What youll do

As a Branch Development Analyst, you’ll be developing and delivering the long-term strategy for the business by working closely with colleagues and stakeholders. You’ll contribute to the strategy and transformation by actively participating in the strategic leadership team agenda and projects.

Your role will also involve:

• Supporting the country head and branch development manager and their work leading the branch as well as RBSI subsidiary daily
• Developing and implementing of key business and people processes
• Providing in-jurisdiction support for wider RBSI functional teams and leadership team when required and participating in leadership meetings
• Contributing to the RBSI strategy and transformation by actively participating in the strategic leadership team agenda and projects

The skills youll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels. You’ll have an inquisitive and independent mind set, with the desire to bring new ideas.

You’ll also need:

• Proven experience within a Business Management role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to build great working relationships and give professional challenge
• A meticulous eye for detail and a good sense of judgement
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
