What you’ll do

As a Supply Chain Delivery Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for executing the Master Services Agreement, driving profitable and long-term revenue and margin contribution for the Vodafone Procurement Company as well as increasing customer NPS. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for building strong relationships at a senior level, understanding customer needs, and proposing suitable Vodafone Procurement solutions as well as resolving any issues promptly. This role requires a resilient customer-centric candidate with strong commercial and negotiation skills who can manage conflicting priorities to deliver value and exceed the customers’ expectations.

You will:


Impact on the Business

  • Ensure delivery of all financial targets including revenue and margin.
  • Support execution of the strategic account plan to drive sales and meet the financial targets.
  • Establish appropriate relationships with customers and leverage those relationships to retain and win new business.

Customer

  • Act as key customer liaison responsible for developing strong one-to-one long-term relationships with key conclusion makers/ influencers up to C-level.
  • Support Senior Account Manager and team to effectively support customer requirements
  • Deliver customer NPS improvements.
  • Negotiate new commercials that retain scale via the VPC.
  • Execute the Master Services Agreement effectively to optimize scale via the VPC while managing any VPC commercial exposure and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in the VPC, driving delivery of the customer requirements in the required timescales.
  • Develop and implement solutions that simplify processes and improve revenue.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues on time.

Vodafone Procurement

  • Ensure the customer’s requirements are captured and delivered in all procurement activities.
  • Manage virtual cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and deliver against the customer requirements in the timescales required.
  • Drive the VPC at all levels to deliver to the performance KPIs.
  • Ensure VPC’s scale is leveraged to deliver the best commercials to the customer.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture across the VPC.
Who you are
  • Business Acumen: Extensive knowledge of Telecom markets, supply chain dynamics, and key suppliers. Deep understanding of the customer’s business, its market, and industry alongside key conclusion-makers and influencers in account organization
  • Procurement Experience: Significant experience in procurement including negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ambiguity: Resilient and able to handle rejection, navigate objections, and maintain a positive attitude in a challenging environment.
  • Customer-focus: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and earning trust. Experience in a customer-facing or sales environment is a plus.
  • Influencing Skills: Track record of leading, managing, and influencing stakeholders at C-level.
  • Strategic Approach: Ability to develop and execute a strategic account plan.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with focus on delivering the message to senior stakeholders.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, and the knowledge of Spanish will be beneficial.
  • Education or Experience: University degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Management/Business Administration/Commerce/ or equivalent professional qualifications.
