Information Security and Business Continuity Compliance Officer (M/F/D)

Your future team

Our Chief Compliance Officer is supporting and advising Deloitte’s Management with regard to compliance with laws, regulations and Deloitte Global requirements. Those include requirements related to various topics including Security, Confidentiality and Privacy objectives.

We are looking for an Information Security and Business Continuity Compliance Officer or any equivalent role with a strong interest for Risk & Compliance matters to support the Chief Compliance Officer in her daily tasks.

Your next challenge

In your role, you will primarily be supporting the team in Information Security and Business Continuity matters by:

• Participating in the review of the Information Security Management System and the Business Continuity Management System
• Performing controls to ensure compliance of the Firm with regard to the ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 standards.
• Participating in the maintenance and review of related policies, procedures and processes.
• Participating to the preparation to annual internal and external audits related to ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.

Additionally, you will also take part in broader compliance monitoring activities related to various topics (Financial Crime, Data Protection, Market Abuse, PSF/PSA license requirements, etc…)

• Ensuring that Deloitte activities are conducted in compliance with applicable rules, regulations and group requirements as they evolve
• Participating in the conduct of testing activities of the Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Supporting related projects to ensure the compliance of those projects with applicable standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Your skills

• At least 1 year of relevant IT and/or audit experience in risk management and/or information security management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information security, Risk and compliance or any other related field.
• ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 22301 or equivalent certifications would be an asset.
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to details.
• Proactive and dynamic attitude, with client-oriented and rigorous approach.
• Excellent sense of confidentiality and good organisational skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Ability to make sound judgments on key issues and accurately identify risks.
• Capability to manage priorities and deadlines autonomously and with a sense of initiative and a strong dynamism.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Problem solving mind-set with a can-do attitude.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
