To be based in our Luxembourg office (Kirchberg), we are looking for a: Intern – Learning Designer Your role: Within Arendt learning design team, you will be responsible for: Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer for the learners Developing content that matches the learning objectives approved Preparing instructional graphics, the learner’s interface and the finished product (job aids, performance supports, learning visuals) Developing trainers’ guides to support effective learning delivery Applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods Writing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process Creating support material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, digital learning material and content, technology-enhanced instruction etc) Publishing learning modules on our digital platform Writing learning delivery guidance for successful implementation Developing learner’s assessment instruments Analysing feedback reports on training programmes to continuously improve the experience of our learners Contributing to Arendt instructional research Maintaining project documentation and course folders Your profile: You are a student in Engineering/Digital Engineering/Business Management/Administration/Human Resources and are looking for an internship as part of your studies; You have a perfect command of French and English (both spoken and written); You have an excellent command of MS Office in particular in Excel; You are highly organised, rigorous with an eye for details and fast-learner; You are able to work autonomously; You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player.
